Develop a full business plan for a new fashion company. Guidelines include: work with or sell inventory, have a physical location in Richmond, VA, estimated Yr 1 sale are capped at $1 million, each company starts with $100,000 seed capital, and have a target demographic that is 0-17 years or 30-100 years of age.

CECEY Cosmetics

My partner Heine and I decided to create a cosmetics company called CECEY Cosmetics for teens aged 12-17 who are just beginning to get into the makeup scene. CECEY Cosmetics got its name from our brand keywords of Community, Excitement, Customizable, Empowerment and Youth. Our full business plan consists of a business model canvas, company overview, industry overview, sales and marketing plan, operations plan, financial plan and other additional information.
