Peru
My group and I were assigned the country of Peru to research. We found that for the PESTS analysis, Peru has a fairly strong relationship with the United States, high literacy rates and a growing economy as the country develops, but there is a scarcity of clean drinking water as well as the threat of natural disasters. In terms of strengths and weaknesses, Peru has access to an abundance of natural resources and areas of industry. However, the presence of political instability and human rights limitations hinder potential growth. As a team we concluded that Peru is an up and coming country for manufacturing and production and should utilize the strong will of its citizens as well as maintain existing partnerships with other countries.
